The word is now out, passports printed and the menus are coming together...Wait to you read about all the great local food we will have at this years 2011 Festival.. Still can't believe that it's really grown in this amazing region...Will also be promoting the Farm Gate Trail for those who want to visit the producers..

Well here it is eveyone..I'm so excited about the variety of the food with all that awesome local produce and the inclusion of real coffee
Course 1: Locally grown pear poached in Monichino Orange Muscat with rose water syrup and Aintree Almonds
Course 2: Bacon smoked by Meat on Melville from Numurkah Free Range Pork with Lochelian fetta and leek frittata
Course 3: Locally reared Turkey and Aintree Almond Terrine with Katunga Fresh Tomato Jam
Course 4: Gourmet Pork sausage by Ryan and Bau Butchers with roast mushroom, toasted sourdough from Numurkah Hot Bread and hollandaise
Course 5: Katunga Walnut and KNM strawberry loaf
Course 6: Local apple and chocolate putskas (pancakes) with whipped butter
Freshly brewed coffee and tea
